Warranty and Guarantee

Our excellent after sales care means that should you experience any problems with your Mobility Scooter or any purchase, we will be there to help you. Our Freephone number is 0800 328 2564 for your peace of mind.

All of our products come with a full 12 months guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials. In most instances we will arrange to collect and/or repair your machine and provide a loan scooter if required. This warranty does not cover maintenance problems such as flat batteries and punctures.

If the problem is not covered by warranty a small call out charge will usually apply.

Delivery and Payment

All electrically operated goods are personally delivered free of charge direct to your door (unless otherwise requested). This delivery service includes full assembly, familiarisation and test drive to ensure that you are 100% comfortable with your purchase.

You can buy direct through our website which has its own secure server for full payment protection. We only use LloydsTSB Cardnet Merchant Services and secured online payments by Sage Pay, we are also able to process your payment by other methods, please call us for details.

Most scooters will be delivered within 7 days and a delivery date will be allocated on order. However, we will try to exceed expectations of delivery date. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, then please let us know on Freephone 0800 328 2564.

VAT

Individuals purchasing mobility products for their own personal use are usually exempt from paying VAT. We will require you to sign a simple declaration form that confirms you are eligible to receive goods at a VAT exempt price. Our prices are therefore shown exclusive of any VAT.
